AI Assistant
The AI Assistant (/ai-assistant) is a chat panel built into Export119. It answers questions about your company’s data — inventory, wallet balances, FX performance, and financial results — using the same permissions your account already has.
What it can see
Section titled “What it can see”Before answering, the assistant loads a snapshot of your company’s current data: vault balances by currency, recent cars, recent ledger transactions, and (if your role has Financial Reports access) inventory and profitability stats — cars in stock, at source, in transit, sold, gross profit, and ROI. It only includes what your role is allowed to read; sections you don’t have access to are simply left out of what it sees, and it does not invent numbers for anything it can’t see.
What you can ask
Section titled “What you can ask”Typical questions:
- “How much LYD do we have across our vaults right now?”
- “How many cars are currently in transit?”
- “What’s our gross profit and ROI this period?”
- “Summarize our recent FX exchange performance.”
The suggested prompts shown on the page adapt to your company type. The assistant replies in whichever language you write in (English, Arabic, Korean, or Russian), and writes Arabic responses right-to-left.
Using the chat
Section titled “Using the chat”Type a question and send it; the reply streams in as it’s generated. Your conversation is kept on your device (per user) so it’s there when you come back, and you can clear it at any time with the trash/clear action.
If your deployment hasn’t configured an AI provider, the assistant will tell you it isn’t available rather than failing silently.
