Invite your team

You’ll usually want at least one teammate on the platform alongside you — a bookkeeper, a yard manager, a sales rep. Members can be invited by email and given a role that scopes what they see and do.

  1. Open Settings → Team.

  2. Click Invite member. Enter the invitee’s email and pick a role:

    • Owner — full access, bypasses every permission gate. Use sparingly.
    • Admin — full access except platform-admin actions. Bypasses section permissions.
    • Custom role — bounded by section permissions and (optionally) per-view, per-vault, per-location ACL. See Sections and roles.
  3. Click Send invite. The invitee gets an email from Export119 (delivered via Resend) with a one-click link.

  4. The invitee clicks the link, signs up (or signs in if they already have an Export119 account), and is auto-attached to your company.

From the Team page you can:

  • Resend an invite that wasn’t received (24h cooldown to prevent spam).
  • Revoke an unaccepted invite — the link stops working immediately.
  • Remove an accepted member — their Clerk user remains; they just lose access to your company.

A single Export119 user can belong to multiple companies (e.g., a freelance accountant working for several traders). They’ll see a company picker in the top bar; switching between companies is instant.
